Advertising and sponsorship at Russia Economy

Russia Economy may offer display advertising and sponsorships relevant to readers of economic news, analysis and reference material. To discuss a potential placement, email contact@russiaeconomy.org with the organization, product, destination website and proposed format.

There are no advertising scripts at launch. This page describes the standards for potential commercial arrangements, not a claim that a placement is active or inventory is guaranteed. We do not publish unverified audience figures or fixed prices here.

Clear separation from reporting

Sponsored content is always labeled Sponsored and kept separate from editorial coverage. The identity of a commercial placement should be apparent to the reader; a paid message must not imitate independent reporting without disclosure.

Advertisers have no influence over reporting conclusions, source selection or corrections. Purchasing a placement does not buy favorable editorial coverage, protection from criticism or control over unrelated articles. Our editorial policy applies regardless of commercial relationships.

The partner content area

The partner content section presents factual articles about relevant companies, services and projects. Each article explains the organization, its intended users, practical access and limitations. It carries the Partner content label and ends with this notice, with the organization's name replacing the placeholder:

Partner articles are separate from editorial coverage. Partners do not influence editorial articles, conclusions, source selection or corrections. An article does not promise results or provide investment, trading, tax or legal advice.

Partners must be real, verifiable and currently operating. We do not accept sanctioned persons or entities on EU, US or UK lists, services that evade sanctions or capital controls, unlicensed financial or investment services, gambling, crypto mixers, payday lending, adult content or anything misleading.

What we do not accept

We do not accept misleading financial products, sanctions evasion services or unlicensed financial services. Unsupported return claims, deceptive destination pages and material designed to obscure commercial responsibility are not suitable for the site.

A proposal may be declined when its claims cannot be supported or its presentation would confuse readers about the distinction between information and advice. An initial inquiry is not acceptance, and no availability or publication outcome is promised on this page.

Information to include

Describe the product or service, the intended reader benefit, the proposed destination and the type of sponsorship or advertising requested. Provide evidence for material claims rather than relying on promotional language alone. Do not email payment-card details or sensitive account information.

Before any analytics or advertising scripts are added, the privacy and cookie pages will be updated to reflect how those features work.
